What areas of Newark do you serve?

How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is next-day — we pick up today and deliver back by tomorrow. In some cases same-day may be possible depending on order volume. We'll always confirm timing when we confirm your pickup.

We accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment is collected after delivery — no upfront charge required. We'll send payment instructions when we confirm your final total after weighing.
What if I'm not home during pickup or delivery?
No problem. You can leave your bags outside your door, in a lobby, or with a building concierge. Let us know your preferred access method in the special instructions field when you book.
Do you handle delicates or special items?
Yes. Select "Care Plus" or "Mixed Load" when booking. Care Plus are handled separately at $2.99/lb. Include any specific care instructions in the notes field and we'll pass them directly to our processing partner.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $30 — which equates to roughly 15 lbs at the standard wash & fold rate. Orders that come in below the minimum calculation after weighing are billed at the $35 minimum.

  • Items with biohazard contamination or bodily fluids

NexxWash takes care with every order. In the rare event of damage or loss, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims are reviewed case by case. NexxWash liability is limited to the value of the order.
